Bonjour ! I am Véronique Ferry Hering. I was born and raised in Monaco (a microstate located on the French Riviera) and obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Grenoble and an MBA from IAE (Institut d'Administration des Entreprises) of Grenoble.

For fifteen years, I worked in Human Resources departments for three large companies in France: Carrefour (one of the largest retailers in the world), Xerox (leader in work solutions, document management and digital printing technologies) and Areva (French multinational group specialized in nuclear energy and renewable energies).

I discovered the world of FLE (Français Langue Étrangère i.e. French as a Foreign Language), when I moved to Atlanta (Georgia, USA) with my family in 2002*. It was love at first sight;

I decided to make it my career.

After graduating with a degree in Teaching French as a Foreign Language (DAEFLE – Diplôme d’Aptitude à l’Enseignement du Français Langue Etrangère), I worked for

the Alliance Française of Atlanta for fourteen years as an instructor and as the Education Director.

I have been an accredited DELF, DALF and TCF examiner-scorer and instructor for more ten years.
